Q. Why did I receive only part of my order, or why are some items missing?Updated 9 hours ago

Sometimes orders are shipped in multiple parcels to speed up delivery or because items are sent from different warehouses. This is completely normal — your order is still on the way!

Here’s what to check:

  • Split shipments:
    You’ll receive one order number, but your items may arrive in separate parcels.
    Each package will have its own tracking number, listed in your Order Shipped email, along with a breakdown of which items are included in that shipment.

  • Check your email for tracking updates:
    Look for additional shipping confirmation emails. If you don’t see them, check your spam or junk folder. You can also track each parcel on our Tracking Page using the tracking numbers provided.

  • Check all packaging carefully:
    Sometimes smaller items are tucked inside other boxes for protection. For example, if you ordered a box of 6 but only see a pack of 3, the others may be packed inside the same carton.

  • Review the invoice included in your parcel:
    If your order was split, your invoice will indicate this, and any missing items will be listed as part of another shipment.
