Q. Why am I now being charged for shipping when I was never charged before?Updated a day ago
We understand this change may be surprising, especially if you’ve been a long-time customer. Previously, we were able to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. However, due to the introduction of new tariffs and import requirements, we are now required to ship all U.S. orders using a dedicated courier service under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This ensures your order is fully compliant with U.S. import regulations and delivered smoothly, but it does mean shipping fees are now automatically applied at checkout.
Similarly, orders to Austria were once eligible for free shipping, but due to that country’s import laws and restrictions, we can no longer offer free delivery there either.
We continue to offer free standard shipping to most other international locations, and our team regularly reviews shipping policies to keep costs as low as possible for our customers.
