At Atlantic Pet Products, we do everything we can to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered as quickly as possible. However, from time to time, there may be delays due to reasons outside our control. These may include fulfilment backlogs, or delays with our shipping partners.
We understand how frustrating delays can be and truly appreciate your patience. Below, you'll find information on the possible reasons for shipping delays.
Why Your Order Might Be Delayed
Fulfilment Delays
Our fulfilment team works hard to process orders quickly. However, during busy periods (such as sales, public holidays, or seasonal peaks), dispatch times may be longer than usual. We aim to ship all orders within our standard timeframe, but occasionally backlogs may occur.
Carrier Delays
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes may be affected by the performance of local and international carriers. Customs clearance, handover delays, local strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues can all contribute to delivery delays.
What You Can Do
Track Your Order: Remember to track your order using our tracking page with either your order number or your tracking/shipment number. Once your order has been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot speed up customs processing or carrier handling. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please refer to the tracking information for the most up-to-date status. If tracking hasn't updated in a few days, it may still be progressing through internal systems. Didn't receive a tracking email? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, don’t worry — you can track your order using the order number you received at checkout.
Contact Us: If you're concerned about the status of your order, feel free to reach out to our support team. We’ll do our best to assist you or provide any available updates from the carrier. In many cases, carriers post delay notifications on their websites, so you're also welcome to check there for the latest information.
Allow Extra Time: We kindly ask for your patience during delays, especially where third-party carriers are involved.
Please remember: Deliveries typically take 2–3 weeks on average due to international shipping. Transit times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
