Q. Why is my order being shipped to the wrong address when I paid with PayPal?Updated 2 days ago

When you pay via PayPal, the shipping address linked to your PayPal account is automatically used—not the one entered on our website during checkout. If that address is old or incorrect, your order will be sent there.

Tip: Always check that your PayPal shipping address is current before completing your order. We're required to ship to the address PayPal provides at the time of purchase.

We aim to dispatch orders the same business day if placed before our cut-off time. Once your parcel has been packed and shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.

If you’ve just placed your order and noticed the address is wrong, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we might still be able to update or cancel it before dispatch.
