Q. Why did I receive only part of my order?Updated 4 days ago

Sometimes orders are shipped in multiple parcels to ensure faster delivery or because items come from different warehouses. This is completely normal and helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible.

When your order is split:

You’ll receive one order number, but your items may arrive in separate shipments.

Each shipment will have its own tracking number, listed in your Order Shipped email.

This email will also clearly show which items are included in each package.

If you’ve only received part of your order, the rest is on its way! You can track each shipment individually using the tracking links provided. Just visit our Tracking Page and enter the tracking numbers to see real-time updates.

Tip: If you haven’t received your Order Shipped email, please check your junk or spam folder.
