Both Standard and Premium Shipping usually take around 1–2 weeks for delivery, but what you’re paying for with Premium Shipping isn’t just the timeframe—it’s the level of service.

Standard Shipping is free for most locations* and includes tracking so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery. We typically send orders out within 1 business day, and they’ll arrive within 1–2 weeks. Please note: shipping is not free to Austria or the United States.

Premium Shipping offers a few extras for added peace of mind:

• Priority handling: Your order is moved to the front of the line.

• Faster dispatch: It’s processed and sent out as quickly as possible.

• Detailed tracking: You’ll get more frequent updates along the way.

• Extra care: Ideal for special purchases.

While Premium Shipping doesn’t guarantee faster delivery (since carriers and customs still take time), it increases the chance of an earlier arrival and gives you more reassurance that your order is receiving top attention.

So if timing is important, or you just want that extra level of care, Premium might be the better fit. If not, Standard will still get the job done—at no cost to you.*
