You can manage your saved addresses from your account page — perfect for updating details ahead of future orders.
Here’s how to find it:
On desktop: Click the person icon in the top navigation (labeled Sign In & Register, to the right of the search bar).
On mobile: Tap the menu icon on the top left to expand the panel, then select Sign In & Register.
Once logged in, you’ll land on your account page.
Click the “Addresses” tab to add, edit, or remove saved addresses. These will appear automatically at checkout when you’re logged in.
Important to know:
Changes made here only apply to future orders. If you need to update the shipping address for an order you just placed, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may still be able to update it manually on our end.
Billing addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. This is because the payment is authorised based on the billing address you provided during checkout — which must match the one held by your card provider.
If your billing address was entered incorrectly but the shipping address is correct, don’t worry — your order will still be sent to the shipping address, and your invoice is sent via email.
