Your ability to cancel an order depends on its shipping status:
Before Shipment:
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request for the order to be cancelled. Please contact us, and our team will promptly assist you with the cancellation process. If your order is cancelled before shipment, all charges — including any shipping and/or import duty fees for US orders — will be fully refunded. Please note, however, that your order may be processed before the cancellation request is seen. In that case, please refer to the After Shipment guide.
After Shipment:
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, once you receive it, you still have the option to return it for a refund. For US orders, please note that the shipping and import duty fees collected at checkout are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
