We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping
This option is available for most items at no additional cost.* It includes tracking and insurance (where available), ensuring your order is delivered securely and reliably.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 weeks from the date of dispatch.
Please note: shipping is not free to Austria or the United States.

Premium Shipping (Priority Dispatch)
For an additional fee, you can choose Premium Shipping, which prioritises your order for faster dispatch. While this may help speed up delivery, the estimated delivery time remains 1–2 weeks, as all shipments are still subject to customs clearance and local postal handling.

With these shipping choices, you can select the option that best suits your needs—whether that’s the cost-effective reliability of Standard Shipping or the faster processing of Premium Shipping.

Note: For orders to the United States, due to the introduction of new tariffs, we are now required to use a dedicated courier service to ensure compliance. This differs from the shipping options mentioned above, as all US orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), and shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
