If your payment didn’t go through or was declined, follow these steps:
1. Check if your order went through
- Look for an order confirmation email (be sure to check your spam/junk folder).
- If you have an account with us, log in and check the “Orders” section
- If you don’t see a confirmation email or an order in your account, the payment likely didn’t go through.
2. If the payment failed:
- Double-check that all your card details were entered correctly.
- If everything appears correct, the issue might be related to our billing location in Australia, which can sometimes cause your bank or card provider to block the transaction. In this case, contact your bank, let them know about the transaction, and request authorisation. Once authorised, you can try the payment again.
- As an alternative, try using PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account — simply choose PayPal at checkout, then select the “or pay with a card” option on the PayPal site. This can help bypass the issue causing your card to be declined.
- You can also try switching browsers, clearing your browser cache, or disabling any browser extensions.
