We offer a range of secure and flexible payment options to make checkout simple—no matter where you're ordering from.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express

PayPal - Pay securely through PayPal. You can also use other payment methods linked to your PayPal account, such as:

• Discover
• Certain regional or local payment options

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is available. If you'd like to use this method, please see "How do I pay via bank transfer" for instructions.

Using Alternative or Regional Payment Methods

If you're trying to use a payment method we don't currently support (e.g. Bizum), we apologise for the inconvenience. However, in many cases, you can still complete your purchase by linking your preferred payment method to your PayPal account and selecting PayPal at checkout.

Gift Cards (e.g. Amex Gift Cards or Visa Prepaid Cards)

We do accept prepaid gift cards, as they work like regular credit or debit cards. However, they may occasionally be declined due to security checks (e.g., name or address verification) that the card may not pass. Unfortunately, we can't override this, so we recommend trying a different card if that happens.

Important Notes

If your payment is declined by PayPal or your card provider, we are unable to override their decision. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We often see credit card payments get declined at checkout, but the same cards usually work when processed through PayPal instead. PayPal declines are less common, but if a payment is declined or flagged for review, it’s typically due to a mismatch in billing details or similar verification issues.
